The Pasifika Medical Association is a
network of more than 3,000 Pacific health professionals, working
collaboratively to strengthen the Pacific health workforce capacity and
capability and meet the health needs of our Pacific people in New Zealand and the

community health workers and our vast non-clinical workforce. Membership is
representative of the diversity of the Pacific region with members originating
from the Cook Islands, Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Vanuatu, Solomon
Islands, Papua New Guinea, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Tokelau, Nauru, Palau,
the Federal States of Micronesia and other Pacific countries.
From July 2020 our PMA team will
begin to roll out our revamped membership programme with exciting and
innovative events and activities to meet the needs of our members.
